Counter Sales Representation

Regency Supply is looking for a sales driven, quick, and detail oriented person to join our team! In Counter Sales you will help customers with all their electrical needs in a way that is consistent with the company values of building relationships and providing excellent service. As a Counter Sales rep you will be assisting customers on their orders with excellent customer service.

Your Day to Day:

• Work the sales counter, handle purchase transactions, complete phone orders, orders from walk ins and email.
• Pick and pack will call orders, answer and transfer phone calls.
• Provide information to customers regarding products, pricing, services, and non-stock merchandise.
• Know and anticipate customer’s needs by being attentive to the customer and the store
• Provide solutions to customer’s orders
• Maintain a calm demeanor during periods of high volume to keep store operating to standard and to set a positive example for the team.

What We Are Looking For: 

• Electrical field experience and/or knowledge of electricity and electrical materials preferred
• Customer service driven, quick, detail-oriented, and problem solver.
• Sales Driven
• Basic Computer Skills
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
