We're seeking to connect an IT Supervisor – Governance & Compliance with a leading global manufacturing organization on a full-time basis. This hybrid opportunity is located in Ann Arbor, Michigan, with three onsite days each week. In this role, you'll join a collaborative IT organization focused on strengthening governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance across the enterprise.

Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise IT governance programs and compliance initiatives.
- Develop and maintain IT policies, standards, and governance processes.
- Partner with cybersecurity, audit, and business teams to identify and mitigate technology risks.
- Oversee regulatory compliance efforts, audits, and remediation activities.
- Measure and report governance performance through dashboards and executive reporting.
- Drive continuous improvement of IT controls, compliance processes, and organizational maturity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Minimum of 8 years of IT governance, compliance, or IT risk management experience.
- Strong knowledge of COBIT, NIST, ISO 27001, ITIL, SOX, GDPR, and related governance frameworks.
- Experience with IT audits, control frameworks, and GRC platforms such as ServiceNow GRC, RSA Archer, FreshService, or OneTrust.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Professional certifications such as CISA, CISM, CRISC, CGEIT, or ITIL are highly preferred.
Pay range and compensation package
- Salary: $135,000–$142,000 annually
- 20% annual bonus
