Account Executive (GLP-1s & Peptide Therapy)
Location: Phoenix, AZ
Travel: ~10% (strategic site visits & conferences)
Base Salary 5% on Gross Monthly Order Volume (Medications)
We are hiring on behalf of a Phoenix-based client in the compounding pharmacy / metabolic and longevity medicine sector.
Our client is a founder-owned 503A compounding facility specializing in high-demand metabolic and longevity medicine. Unlike brokers who simply facilitate sales, they own the lab, the pharmacist relationships, and the quality control.
They are looking for an Account Executive to join their Phoenix headquarters. Being on-site gives you a massive advantage: you are not just selling a product via a PDF; you are working alongside the pharmacists and operations team to ensure national accounts receive the highest level of service in the industry.
Residual Model: This is a true residual model. You earn on your accounts for the lifetime of the partnership. As your book of business grows, your monthly floor rises exponentially.
As an Account Executive, you will have a national remit. While based in the Phoenix facility, you will be empowered to reach out to and close clinics anywhere in the United States.
The Hunt (50%)
Cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and digital networking to MedSpas, Weight Loss Clinics, Plastic Surgeons, and Functional Medicine practices nationwide. You will be selling a solution (GLP-1s) that is currently one of the highest-demand products in the medical market.
The Farm (50%)
You will be the primary point of contact for your accounts. Because you are on-site, you can work directly with the pharmacy floor to check on orders, resolve billing issues, and ensure clients are prioritized. You will onboard accounts, train them on the portal, and drive long-term retention.
You are selling direct access to a physical, audited 503A pharmacy facility.
The Edge: In a market flooded with middlemen and brokers, you offer the stability of a physical, audited 503A facility.
The Product: Semaglutide, Tirzepatide and Other high-demand peptide therapies
Regulatory Confidence: You provide the clinical transparency that protects a physician’s license. You are not just selling vials; you are selling compliant, vetted safety.
On-Site Advantage: This is an on-site role in Phoenix. You will benefit from immediate access to leadership and the operational team to help close deals faster.
National Reach: Your territory is the entire U.S. There are no geographic restrictions, and you can pursue high-volume clinics in any major metro.
Travel: Minimal and strategic (~10%) for key account visits and industry conferences.

The Bullseye:
- Previous experience selling for a Compounding Pharmacy (503A/503B), or
- Medical device sales experience
The Pivot:
Success in B2B sales within the medical aesthetics space
(Lasers, Injectables, Skincare, etc.)
The DNA:
You are comfortable in a fast-paced environment where processes are evolving. You do not need a script; you need a phone and a goal.
