RedCloud seeks a Program Coordinator to support immediate client operations.

Location: Issaquah, WA (Hybrid)

Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Program Coordinator to support a large-scale retail replatform initiative and multi-year transformation program. This role will provide direct support to two Portfolio Leads and assist Technical Program Managers overseeing multiple workstreams. The ideal candidate brings a strong business management background, excellent communication skills, and strong ServiceNow experience.

Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To

• Provide day-to-day program coordination support to two Portfolio Leads for a long-term replatform initiative
• Support TPMs responsible for managing multiple, parallel workstreams across the portfolio
• Develop and maintain executive-facing materials, including decks, status reports, and program updates
• Track and clarify program activities, milestones, risks, and overall status across workstreams
• Create and manage internal communications related to program progress, dependencies, and decisions
• Serve as a portfolio-level system access manager, overseeing access requests, updates, and governance
• Coordinate cross-functional inputs to ensure alignment on priorities, timelines, and deliverables
• Support high-level financial tracking, forecasting, and budget awareness across the portfolio
  
  

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Proven experience as a Program Coordinator, Business Manager, or similar role supporting large, complex initiatives
• Strong background in business management, including exposure to financials at a high level (budgeting, tracking, forecasting)
• Prior ServiceNow experience (hands-on use for workflow tracking, reporting, or access management)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience supporting executive and leadership audiences
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities across long-running programs
  
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience supporting technology transformation or replatforming initiatives
• Familiarity with Google Workspace productivity tools
• Experience working with TPMs and portfolio-level governance structures
  
  

Compensation range for this position is $135,000 - $156,000/year DOE.
