Location: Bellevue, WA (4 days/week onsite)

This is a hybrid-role with in-office presence 4 days per week (Monday-Thursday).
Required Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities
Compensation range for this position is $75,000 - $85,000/year DOE.

Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To
Office Operations & Facilities Management
- Serve as the first point of contact for office visitors; greet guests and manage check-in procedures.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming office environment.
- Oversee kitchen and office supply inventory; restock items proactively.
- Coordinate with building management and vendors for maintenance, deliveries, and repairs.
- Manage meeting room readiness, office equipment, and general workspace logistics
- Prepare, configure, and provision laptops and accessories for new hires.
- Manage the check-in/check-out process for all company-issued devices.
- Maintain accurate inventory of laptops, peripherals, and related equipment.
- Coordinate with IT support partners to troubleshoot hardware issues, escalate tickets, and ensure timely resolutions.
- Track device lifecycle (deployment, repairs, returns, decommissioning).
- Maintain documentation for asset management and onboarding processes.
- Partner with HR to ensure smooth onboarding experience for new employees, including ensuring onboarding tasks are completed on schedule.
- Assist with planning and executing office events, team gatherings, and celebrations.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communications.
- Help maintain HR documentation, employee files, and onboarding/offboarding checklists.

Required Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities
- Experience in office management, operations, IT coordination, or similar roles.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Comfort with basic laptop setup, device troubleshooting, and asset tracking tools.
- Excellent communication and customer-service mindset.
- Ability to define problems, collect information, establish facts and resolve problems.
- Ability to interpret a variety of extensive instructions.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive HR information.
- Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Very strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Products (Outlook, Excel, Word, SharePoint and Power Point) and comfortable learning other corporate software programs.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education.
- 5 years’ experience of experience in an Office Administration role, preferably in a small professional office environment.
- Prior experience in a consulting or professional-services environment, a plus
- HR coordination experience, a plus
