Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping team member to ensure our hotel standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and comfort are consistently met. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a welcoming environment for guests and maintain pristine facilities through active cleaning, laundry, and floor care duties.

Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces following established standards.
• Handle laundry duties including washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness of floors through sweeping, mopping, carpet cleaning, and floor care techniques.
• Sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas to ensure health and safety compliance.
• Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, and cleaning products to ensure availability for staff and guests.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest requests promptly and courteously.
• Follow safety protocols during all cleaning activities to prevent accidents or injuries.

Experience

• Prior custodial or janitorial experience preferred; hotel housekeeping experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with residential or commercial cleaning techniques including carpet cleaning and sanitation procedures.
• Experience with laundry operations and floor care equipment is advantageous.
• Knowledge of housekeeping management practices is beneficial for supervisory roles.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.

Pay: $10.00 - $11.00 per hour
