Responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including beds, bathrooms, and common areas, ensuring all surfaces are spotless and well-maintained
• Change linens, make beds, and replenish supplies such as toiletries, towels, and amenities to meet guest expectations
• Perform floor care duties including vacuuming carpets, mopping hard floors, and maintaining overall cleanliness of hallways and public spaces
• Handle janitorial tasks efficiently by disposing of trash, cleaning windows, dusting surfaces, and ensuring all areas are hygienic and inviting
• Follow established cleaning protocols and safety procedures to maintain a secure environment for guests and staff
• Report any maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution and uphold quality standards
• Assist with inventory management of cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure smooth daily operations

Requirements

• Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or housekeeping within hotels or similar hospitality settings
• Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care methods, and sanitation standards
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards
• Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks such as bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods
• Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment and custodial practices is preferred
• Prior experience in hotel housekeeping management or supervisory roles is a plus
