Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures during overnight hours, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience
- Verify guest accounts, process payments, and reconcile daily financial transactions accurately
- Monitor security cameras and conduct routine patrols to maintain safety protocols across the hotel premises
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Prepare detailed shift reports, including incident logs, guest feedback, and operational summaries for management review
- Handle multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette to address guest needs or direct calls appropriately
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address any overnight issues or maintenance requests promptly
Requirements
- Proven experience in hospitality or hotel front desk operations, particularly in night audit roles
- Strong knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly preferred to serve diverse guest populations effectively
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts while maintaining high attention to detail
- Familiarity with guest relations protocols, hotel security procedures, and phone etiquette
- Previous experience working in resort or hotel environments is advantageous
