We are looking for friendly, energetic, and detail-oriented Front Desk Agents to be the welcoming face of our hotels. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive hospitality team, gain valuable experience, and help create memorable guest experiences.
Shifts:
- 7 am – 3 pm | 3 pm – 11 pm | 11 pm – 7 am
- Weekend availability required
Hourly Pay: $15 – $18/hr
What You’ll Do
- Greet guests warmly, creating a professional and welcoming first impression
- Manage check-in and check-out efficiently using our hotel systems
- Handle guest requests, inquiries, and complaints with patience and a solutions-oriented approach
- Maintain accurate records of reservations, cancellations, and guest information
- Assist with night audit procedures as needed
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to fulfill guest needs promptly
- Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
What We’re Looking For
- Previous front desk or guest service experience preferred but not required
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Energetic, friendly, and professional demeanor
- Ability to multitask and stay organized during busy periods
- Bilingual or multilingual candidates are a plus
