Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, assisting with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and courteously
- Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing information and directing calls as needed
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues effectively
- Maintain accurate reservation records, update guest information, and coordinate room assignments
- Provide detailed information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experiences
- Support night audit procedures by reconciling accounts and preparing daily financial reports when required
- Uphold excellent phone etiquette and guest relations standards to foster a welcoming environment at all times
Experience
- Previous experience in hotel management or front desk operations is highly preferred
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a significant advantage for communicating with diverse guests
- Familiarity with hospitality management software and multi-line phone systems is desirable
- Knowledge of hotel operations, guest services, and resort environments will help you excel in this role
- Experience in night audit procedures or hotel experience will support your success in managing guest accounts effectively
