Now Hiring: Hotel Housekeeper
We are looking for dependable, detail-oriented Housekeepers to join our team. Housekeepers play an essential role in creating a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our guests. If you take pride in your work and enjoy keeping spaces clean and organized, we'd love to have you on our team.
Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas.
- Change bed linens and make beds according to hotel standards.
- Replace towels, toiletries, coffee supplies, and other guest amenities.
- Vacuum, sweep, mop, and dust all assigned areas.
- Clean mirrors, windows, furniture, and fixtures.
- Empty trash and replace liners.
- Inspect rooms for cleanliness, maintenance issues, and missing or damaged items.
- Report maintenance concerns to management (leaks, broken fixtures, HVAC issues, etc.).
- Complete stayover and checkout room cleanings efficiently.
- Restock housekeeping carts and supply closets.
- Follow all hotel cleaning procedures and safety guidelines.
- Ensure rooms are ready for arriving guests by check-in time.
- Assist with laundry duties as needed.
- Maintain a professional and friendly attitude toward guests and coworkers.
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or hotel experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Dependable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and reach for extended periods.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Must be able to push and pull fully stocked housekeeping carts.
