Duties
- Oversee all front desk operations during the night shift, including guest check-ins and check-outs with professionalism and efficiency
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints via multi-line phone systems and in-person interactions with exceptional customer service problem-solving skills
- Enforce hotel emergency procedures, including fire safety protocols and guest safety measures
Experience
- Previous experience in hotel management or front desk operations within a resort or hotel environment is highly preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are a plus
- Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures, guest relations, and conflict resolution techniques
- Experience handling multi-line phone systems, phone etiquette, and client communication in a hospitality setting
- Familiarity with night audit processes, hotel security protocols, and property management best practices
- Prior resort experience or working in a multilingual environment will be considered advantageous
