YOUR SCHEDULE
This position offers full-time or part-time schedules, Monday through Friday, with scheduling options of 7 am–4 pm, 8 am–5 pm, or 9 am–5 pm, serving Bad Axe, MI, with optional service to Brown City, MI.
YOUR DAY
As our full-time or part-time Affordable Housing Site Manager, you'll oversee the full rhythm of the site, coordinating leases, guiding applicants through the rental process, managing waitlists, and ensuring every step aligns with fair housing and compliance standards. You'll work closely with maintenance to keep the property safe and well-maintained, handle daily operational needs with confidence, and serve as a steady, professional presence for residents, ensuring the community runs smoothly and with integrity.
REQUIREMENTS
- Property management experience
- Fair housing certification or training
Strong communication skills, experience with RD, LIHTC, or HUD compliance, and being tech-savvy are preferred.
