We’re partnering with a growing, industry-leading manufacturer that’s deeply committed to continuous improvement and operational excellence. This organization is looking for a Quality Engineer who can strengthen its Quality Management System, drive process improvement initiatives, and support production quality across multiple operations.


What You’ll Do

  • Review manufacturing processes and identify opportunities to enhance quality, efficiency, and ISO 9001 compliance.
  • Lead corrective action and root cause analysis for internal and supplier nonconformances.
  • Support the PPAP process and champion continuous improvement in GD&T practices.
  • Conduct Gage R&R studies to validate measurement system performance and recommend improvements.
  • Serve as a key technical resource for ISO Quality System requirements, internal audits, and calibration systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure process consistency, reduce waste, and elevate product quality.
  • Evaluate non-conforming materials, coordinate with suppliers, and support resolution activities.
  • Promote a safe, positive, and inclusive work environment for all employees.


What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, or related field).
  • 5 years of quality engineering experience within a manufacturing environment.
  • Proven experience maintaining and improving ISO 9001 systems.
  • Strong understanding of GD&T, statistical analysis, and measurement tools.
  • Experience with APQP/PPAP (automotive or related industry preferred).
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with lean manufacturing concepts.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Six Sigma certification (Green or Black Belt) and/or bilingual skills (Spanish) are a plus.
