Position Overview:
Responsible for daily customer marketing activities aimed at growing and maintaining profitability for the company and its subsidiaries. This remote position can be located anywhere in the U.S.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and manage a lead pipeline in CRM
- Develop and maintain a target opportunity list
- Collaborate with pricing teams to set strategies
- Partner with Account Managers to assess customer needs and close deals
- Monitor customer activity and satisfaction metrics
- Coordinate with internal teams to implement new opportunities
- Provide after-hours and weekend support
- Collaborate with the Director of Sales on strategy
- Mentor new Business Development Representatives
- Ensure compliance with DOT, OSHA, and company policies

Qualifications:
- 2 years of Freight Brokerage Sales success

- Professional demeanor; must pass drug test
