Position Overview:

Responsible for daily customer marketing activities aimed at growing and maintaining profitability for the company and its subsidiaries. This remote position can be located anywhere in the U.S.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage a lead pipeline in CRM
  • Develop and maintain a target opportunity list
  • Collaborate with pricing teams to set strategies
  • Partner with Account Managers to assess customer needs and close deals
  • Monitor customer activity and satisfaction metrics
  • Coordinate with internal teams to implement new opportunities
  • Provide after-hours and weekend support
  • Collaborate with the Director of Sales on strategy
  • Mentor new Business Development Representatives
  • Ensure compliance with DOT, OSHA, and company policies

  • Cover monthly salary by Month 3
  • Timely, accurate execution

Qualifications:

  • 2 years of Freight Brokerage Sales success
  • No active non-compete/non-solicit agreements
  • Portable book of business preferred
  • Strong Microsoft Office and CRM skills
  • Proven sales track record and communication skills
  • Ability to travel and multitask
  • Professional demeanor; must pass drug test
