The firm is seeking a full-time Litigation Paralegal to join its Dayton office. This on-site role involves providing comprehensive litigation support to attorneys throughout all phases of personal injury cases. Responsibilities include preparing and reviewing legal documents, conducting legal research, organizing case files, drafting pleadings and motions, and ensuring timely and accurate court filings. The Litigation Paralegal will also communicate with clients, legal teams, and court personnel to support efficient case management and workflow.

Qualifications:

- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Familiarity with court filing systems and legal procedures
- Associate degree in Paralegal Studies or a related field required
