Title: Oklahoma Licensed Attorney – Creditor’s Rights
Location: Oklahoma City, OK
Job Type: Full time - Onsite
We are seeking an Oklahoma-licensed Attorney with 5 years of experience in creditor’s rights to join our in-office legal team. The ideal candidate will have experience handling creditor-side litigation matters, including collections, foreclosure, bankruptcy, and related proceedings. Knowledge of title work and bankruptcy law is strongly preferred
Qualifications:
- Active Oklahoma bar license
- 5 years of creditor’s rights experience
- Strong litigation and case management skills
- Experience with bankruptcy and/or title matters preferred
- Federal court admission or additional state licensure is a plus
