Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Litigation Paralegal role located at our office in Dayton, OH. The Litigation Paralegal will be responsible for assisting attorneys with legal document preparation, reviewing case materials and legal documents, conducting legal research, and ensuring the accuracy and completeness of legal filings. Additional responsibilities include organizing case information, drafting pleadings, and supporting attorneys in drafting motions and other legal submissions. The role also involves interacting with clients, legal teams, and court personnel to ensure smooth case management and communication.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Legal Document Preparation and Document Review
- Experience with Legal Research and gathering case-relevant information
- Proficiency in drafting Pleadings and Motions
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with legal procedures and court filing systems
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and professional environment
- At least an associate degree in Paralegal Studies or a related field; paralegal certification is preferred
