What You Will Do

• Implement and optimize the applicant tracking system to streamline the hiring process and improve candidate experience.
• Analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of hiring strategies and make data-driven improvements.
• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and cultural fit.

Ideal Candidate Background

• 2–6 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably within the tech industry.
• Proven track record of successfully filling technical and non-technical roles.
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and candidate sourcing techniques.

Compensation and Benefits
