Backed by top-tier investors and having recently raised a significant Series E financing round, the company is entering its next phase of growth and expanding its customer-facing leadership team. They are seeking a Solutions Engineering leader who can drive customer success, influence product strategy, and scale a high-performing post-sales organization.
What You Will Do
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Solutions Engineers responsible for customer implementations, adoption, and ongoing success.
- Establish best practices, performance standards, and scalable processes across the Solutions Engineering function.
- Serve as a strategic bridge between customers, Product, Engineering, Operations, Support, and Sales teams.
- Drive successful launches of new products and features by ensuring operational readiness across internal teams and customers.
- Partner closely with Product and Engineering leadership to advocate for customer needs and influence roadmap priorities.
- Build and manage executive-level reporting around product adoption, customer health, retention, and expansion opportunities.
- Create and maintain scalable customer feedback loops that translate user insights into actionable product improvements.
- Ensure Solutions Engineering acts as a strategic differentiator throughout the customer lifecycle, driving retention and revenue growth.
- Develop operational frameworks that improve implementation efficiency, customer outcomes, and internal collaboration.
- Represent customer priorities during strategic planning and cross-functional decision-making.
Ideal Background
- 5 years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Technical Account Management, Product Management, Customer Success, or a related post-sales function.
- 2 years of leadership experience managing and developing customer-facing technical teams.
- Strong experience partnering with Product and Engineering organizations to influence product direction and customer outcomes.
- Proven ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives and drive organizational alignment.
- Advanced SQL skills and experience leveraging data to inform decisions and measure business impact.
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience presenting technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Customer-centric mindset with the ability to balance strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
- Demonstrated success improving customer adoption, retention, and expansion metrics.
Preferred
- Experience working in high-growth SaaS, AI, enterprise software, proptech, healthcare technology, or workflow automation companies.
- Familiarity with business intelligence and analytics platforms such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Background in implementation, onboarding, or enterprise customer operations.
- Experience building Voice of Customer programs and product feedback processes.
- Exposure to product management principles and roadmap planning.
- Experience scaling post-sales teams within rapidly growing organizations.
