What you will do
- Lead hiring strategy across retail and corporate functions
- Partner with leaders to support business growth and hiring plans
- Manage recruitment operations, metrics, and process improvement
- Coach and develop a high-performing recruiting team
- Strengthen employer branding and candidate experience
What you bring
- 7–10 years of talent acquisition experience
- 5 years leading a recruiting team
- Experience recruiting for both frontline and corporate roles
- Strong data, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
- Knowledge of ATS tools and U.S. hiring compliance
This is a full-time, fully onsite opportunity. The team works in office five days per week, with in-person collaboration as a key part of the role.
