What You Will Do

• Own and evolve the core platform used to create, configure, and launch new markets.
• Design and build automation systems that streamline market creation, deployment, and management workflows.
• Develop internal tools, dashboards, APIs, and operational systems that support critical business functions.
• Build full-stack features across frontend and backend systems with a focus on scalability, usability, and reliability.
• Partner closely with operations teams and internal stakeholders to understand workflows and rapidly deliver solutions.
• Take projects from initial concept through production deployment and ongoing iteration.
• Improve deployment infrastructure and operational tooling to increase efficiency and reduce manual processes.
• Build systems that directly impact business growth, operational efficiency, and user experience.
• Participate in code reviews and help maintain high engineering standards across the organization.

Ideal Background

• 4–6 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong experience building production-grade full-stack web applications.
• Proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6 ), and modern frontend development.
• Experience building applications with React and Node.js.
• Demonstrated ability to own projects from design through deployment.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and comfort working in fast-paced environments.
• Experience collaborating closely with product, operations, or business teams.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of business-critical systems.
• Strong communication skills and a bias toward action.

Preferred

• Experience with Next.js.
• Background working on workflow automation, operational tooling, or deployment pipelines.
• Experience partnering directly with operational or business teams to build internal products.
• Familiarity with fintech, crypto, trading platforms, marketplaces, or other transaction-heavy systems.
• Experience building data-intensive applications and internal productivity tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
