What This Firm Does
This is a labor & employment defense firm, with a litigation-heavy practice focused on wage & hour, PAGA, class actions, and employment disputes.
At the senior level, the firm is looking for someone who can lead cases, litigate confidently, and help train junior attorneys.
The Role
This is a true senior associate role, not a title-only position. You will be expected to own matters, drive litigation strategy, and mentor junior attorneys.
What You’ll Do
- Lead litigation matters from strategy through resolution
- Take depositions, hearings, and potentially trials
- Train and mentor junior associates
- Work directly with partners on case strategy
- Play a key role in firm growth and case outcomes
What They’re Looking For
- JD California Bar in good standing
- Strong civil litigation background
- Meaningful deposition, hearing, and litigation experience required
- Trial experience strongly preferred
- Ability to supervise and train junior attorneys
- Local to Rocklin / Roseville (commuting distance required)
