Job Title: Associate Attorney – Civil Litigation
Location: Rocklin / Roseville, CA (local candidates only)
Compensation: $120,000 – $160,000 base bonuses

What This Firm Does
This firm practices labor & employment defense , handling wage & hour, PAGA, class actions, and employment litigation for employer clients.
Labor & employment experience is NOT required. Strong civil litigation experience translates well here.
The Role
This role is for a junior-to-mid-level litigation associate who already understands litigation fundamentals and wants more responsibility in a stable, well-run environment.
What You’ll Do
- Manage litigation matters with increasing autonomy
- Draft and argue motions
- Take and defend depositions
- Participate in hearings, mediations, and trial prep
- Work directly with supervising attorneys and clients
What They’re Looking For
- JD California Bar in good standing
- 2–3 years of civil litigation experience
- Comfort managing deadlines and active cases
- Strong motion writing and litigation instincts
- Located within commuting distance of Rocklin / Roseville
