If you’ve ever looked at a set of drawings and instantly seen the story behind the steel. this is your kind of role. I’m supporting a fast-moving steel operation that needs a seasoned Senior Estimator who can build accurate bids. partner with GC teams. and help win large. complex projects.
What you’ll own
• Full material labor takeoffs
• Building detailed cost models in Excel
• Vendor pricing and buyout coordination
• Reviewing drawings for changes scope gaps
• Writing scopes. inclusions/exclusions. and bid qualifications
• Bid schedule management and GC follow-up
• Award handoff prep for PMs
What makes you a fit
• 5 years in structural/industrial steel fab/construction estimating
• Strong blueprint reading revision tracking
• Excel pro. Bluebeam/OST experience a plus
• Clear communicator. detail-driven. deadline-ready
• Passion for accuracy and pride in craftsmanship
