Re-Bath is seeking a Bathroom Remodeling Service Technician to join our Huntsville production team. This position is responsible for completing warranty work, service calls, punch-list items, and minor repairs on completed bathroom remodeling projects while providing exceptional customer service.

This role is ideal for someone with experience in remodeling, carpentry, maintenance, plumbing, or handyman services who is looking for stable, full-time employment and opportunities for advancement.

What You'll Do

• Complete warranty and service work on completed bathroom remodeling projects.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot installation concerns.
• Perform finish carpentry, trim work, caulking, drywall repairs, fixture adjustments, plumbing repairs, and other remodeling-related service work.
• Complete punch-list items while maintaining Re-Bath's quality standards.
• Communicate professionally with homeowners throughout each service appointment.
• Document completed work and communicate effectively with the Production Team.
• Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment in a clean and organized condition.
• Assist installation crews when needed.
• Continue developing your trade skills through hands-on training and mentorship.

Qualifications

• Experience in remodeling, carpentry, residential construction, maintenance, handyman services, plumbing, or related trades preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently while managing daily responsibilities.
• Ability to lift 75 pounds and perform physical work throughout the day.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.

Compensation & Benefits

• $20.00–$22.00 per hour, based on experience
