What are the responsibilities and job description for the In-Home Sales Representative position at ReBath?
Re-Bath Montgomery is hiring in-home sales representatives. You run appointments we book for you, design the customer's bathroom in their home, and close the job on the first visit. No cold calling. No buying leads. No prospecting.
Pay is commission with no cap. Most reps earn $70,000 to $120,000 a year. Top reps clear $150,000.
Requirements
- 2 or more years in in-home or outside sales
- A record of hitting your number in a commission role
- Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle
- Available weekday evenings and Saturdays, when homeowners are home
- Live within about a 45 minute drive of Montgomery
- Able to pass a background check and drug screen
What the week looks like
- Every appointment is pre-set for you
- Each one runs about two hours in the customer's home
- You measure, design it on an iPad, price it, and ask for the sale that day
- These are full bathroom remodels, not small repairs
- You log the visit in our CRM and work the ones that do not close
- You report to Bobby Clingan, who runs the Montgomery market

Schedule
Full-time. Weekday appointments plus evenings and Saturdays. Your hours follow the appointment calendar.
Re-Bath has been remodeling bathrooms for over 40 years. Montgomery is growing and we need another closer here.
