What You'll Do
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair roofing, siding, windows, doors, and gutters in the field
- Handle escalated and complex service calls that require advanced expertise
- Mentor and support junior technicians, sharing best practices
- Maintain tools, inventory, and service vehicle as required
What You Bring
- 5 years of hands-on service/repair experience residential exterior remodeling
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities
