Key Responsibilities
- Create and enforce installation standards & best practices
- Train and lead Install Department
- Create, document, implement & maintain department SOPs/workflows
- Work with Project Managers & Estimators to ensure seamless handoffs between departments
- Conduct planning meetings
- Support Project Managers without direct management
- Enforce OSHA and all safety policies
- Visit jobsites as needed
- Cross-department collaboration with Maintenance & Training Managers
- 8 years experience with commercial HVAC/R installation
- 5 years leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, piping, refrigeration, ductwork, installation practices
- OSHA 30 cert required
- EPA 608 cert required
- MA Refrigeration Tech License preferred
- Effective training & leadership skills
- Base Salary $130-160k (based on experience)
- Significant incentives/bonuses ($180-200k OTE)
