What You'll Do
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, and e-mail promptly and professionally.
- Resolve customer issues by leveraging problem-solving skills and empathy to deliver a satisfactory solution.
- Maintain a strong understanding of company policies, products, and services to provide accurate information to customers.
- Utilize CRM software and ticketing systems to log interactions, track progress, and escalate issues as needed.
- Proactively handle customer complaints while ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to address complex customer needs and improve processes.
- Adapt to new tools and technologies to streamline workflow and enhance customer interactions.

- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or related roles.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written, in English.
