Job Title: Client Service Associate

Position Summary
The Client Service Associate supports the Global Client Group by servicing Institutional and High Net Worth clients, as well as Distributors investing in or distributing the company’s products. Under supervision, this role focuses on client onboarding, servicing ongoing account needs, coordinating reporting, and ensuring a seamless, high-quality client experience. The role involves cross-functional collaboration across multiple teams and departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate client transition activities including onboarding and offboarding in partnership with business teams.
- Support account maintenance processes such as updates to account names, fee schedules, benchmarks, and client agreements.
- Assist the team in ensuring all client contractual obligations are continuously met.
- Manage and fulfill ad-hoc client requests and inquiries promptly.
- Facilitate and track client cash flow requests to ensure accurate and compliant execution.
- Oversee client communications, ensuring proactive and timely updates are provided.
- Anticipate client needs and contribute to developing strategies to enhance satisfaction and retention.
- Maintain accurate client and third-party contact details in the CRM system.
- Support client meeting preparation by coordinating and producing presentation materials.
- Identify, escalate, and help resolve client-related issues efficiently to protect the client experience.
- Participate in departmental projects focused on risk mitigation, process improvement, and service excellence.
- Prepare and assist in delivering weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports and presentations.
- Coordinate the completion of client questionnaires, due diligence documentation, and compliance-related materials.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred.
- 2 years of experience in client service, financial operations, or asset management environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM systems.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Pay: $29.62 per hour
