This is a full-time on-site role located in Chicago, IL. As the Manager of Category & Trade Analytics, you will lead efforts to analyze category performance and develop data-driven insights to optimize trade strategies and category management. Daily responsibilities include working with retail partners, analyzing sales and market trends, managing contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to support procurement and sales initiatives. Additionally, you will play a key role in identifying growth opportunities and improving category performance within the frozen food segment.
- Experience in Category Management, with a focus on developing strategies for market growth
- Strong Analytical Skills, including data interpretation and trend analysis
- Proficiency in Contract Negotiation and Vendor Management
- Knowledge of Procurement processes and cost management
- Experience in Sales and customer relationship management
- Proficiency in data analytics tools and platforms is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Understanding of the frozen food or consumer-packaged goods (CPG) industry is advantageous
