We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager / Lead to join our analytics consulting team and lead the delivery of Pricing & Profitability Models for a leading credit card client.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of pricing and profitability analytics models for credit card portfolios.
- Partner directly with senior business leaders in the Credit Risk, Pricing, and Profitability domains to understand business objectives and translate them into analytical solutions.
- Drive client engagement, manage stakeholder expectations, and present insights and recommendations to executive leadership.
- Lead and mentor offshore analytics teams, ensuring high-quality deliverables and timely project execution.
- Oversee model development, validation, implementation, and continuous improvement while maintaining strong governance and quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business, product, data engineering, and technology, to deliver scalable analytical solutions.
- 10-12 years of experience in analytics, data science, or quantitative modeling within the Banking/Financial Services industry.
- Strong experience in modeling, viz, Credit Card Pricing, Profitability Analytics, and Portfolio Analytics.
- Robust background in model development, validation, implementation, and continuous improvements.
- Proven experience leading analytics engagements and managing end-to-end project delivery.
- Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills, with experience working directly with senior business leaders.
- Experience leading and coordinating offshore teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in tools such as Python and SQL.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership abilities.
