Commercial Property Manager Duties:
- Oversee daily operations across a commercial portfolio
- Manage budgets, reporting, and financial performance
- Build strong tenant and ownership relationships
- Lead vendors, contracts, and property maintenance
- Support leasing and ensure spaces are market-ready
Commercial Property Manager requirements:
- 5 years of commercial property management experience
- Colorado Real Estate License required
- Strong financial, operational, and tenant relations experience
- Knowledge of leases, budgets, and reporting
- Yardi solid Excel skills preferred
- CPM/RPA or industry certifications are a plus
