Property Manager (Commercial/Retail) – Denver, CO
- Maintain tenant and vendor relations.
- Manage preventative maintenance contracts and property inspection reports
- Knowledge of insurance policies.
- Work with AP/AR on invoicing and payments.
- Must have a strong working knowledge and application of NNN leases.
- Prepare monthly variance reports and budgets.
- Manages capital projects for portfolio.
- 5 years of commercial and/or retail property management work experience.
- Yardi- Preferred, not required
- Must have excellent interpersonal, verbal, writing skills
- Prior commercial real estate experience a must.
- General knowledge of landscaping, asphalt and concrete, roof replacement, HVAC systems and electrical systems.
