Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Physical Therapist to join our team. The PT will work with patients to help them improve mobility, relieve pain, and prevent or limit permanent physical disabilities.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans for patients
- Implement specialized exercises and techniques to improve patient's physical function
- Monitor patient's progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
