Responsibilities:
- Manage projects from initial planning through substantial completion.
- Develop and implement best practices, processes, systems, and standards.
- Oversee and manage relationships with architects, superintendents, owners, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Ensure projects are delivered according to specifications, budget, and timelines.
- Collaborate with leadership to support long-term business strategies and goals.
- Provide overall administrative and technical direction across multiple construction projects.
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules for internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Secure all required permits for projects.
- Handle project closeout, including warranties, manuals, as-built drawings, and punch list completion.
- Establish and enforce jobsite policies, including safety, OSHA compliance, and documentation requirements.
- Take a proactive approach to resolving productivity challenges and ensuring timely project completion.
- Lead regular progress meetings with stakeholders to maintain alignment on budget and schedule.
- Effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously while coordinating various teams and activities.
- Demonstrate strong leadership with a results-driven mindset, especially in challenging situations.
