Serve as a key contributor—and in some cases lead—across all preconstruction activities.
Collaborate with integrated project teams to establish project goals and objectives.
Develop conceptual budgets and estimates while identifying future scope requirements.
Prepare high-level project schedules, including phasing, logistics, and milestone planning.
Organize, track, and manage preconstruction tasks and deliverables.
Perform quantity take-offs from construction documents and input data into estimating tools and spreadsheets.
Develop and implement standardized estimating procedures, including templates, formulas, and presentation formats.
Evaluate subcontractors, suppliers, and material pricing to ensure cost-effective solutions.
Source, qualify, and incorporate subcontractors and suppliers into project plans.
Lead project logistics planning during preconstruction phases.
Oversee budgeting and cost estimation for conceptual and negotiated projects.
Identify cost-saving opportunities through value engineering and detailed cost analysis.

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or a related field.
10 years of progressive experience within the construction industry, with a focus on preconstruction or estimating.
