Supervise daily operations on construction sites and ensure efficient workflow across all concrete-related activities.
Lead and coordinate field teams, subcontractors, and labor crews to meet project schedules and productivity targets.
Oversee installation and execution of formwork, carpentry, and structural concrete systems.
Manage flatwork operations and ready-mix concrete placement, ensuring proper procedures and quality standards are maintained.
Monitor the use and operation of heavy equipment utilized in concrete construction.
Conduct regular quality inspections to ensure work meets project specifications, industry standards, and engineering requirements.
Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and site protocols.
Work closely with project managers, contractors, architects, and engineers to address technical issues and maintain project progress.
Track project milestones, monitor site productivity, and identify potential risks or delays.
Maintain organized site documentation, daily reports, and progress updates.
Minimum 10 years of experience in construction supervision, with a strong focus on concrete projects.
Extensive experience with cast-in-place concrete construction.
