Concrete Superintendent

We are seeking an experienced Concrete Superintendent to oversee and manage day-to-day operations for large-scale concrete construction projects. This role is responsible for supervising field crews, coordinating site activities, and ensuring that all concrete work is completed safely, efficiently, and in alignment with project timelines and budgets.

The ideal candidate will bring extensive hands-on experience in cast-in-place concrete construction, strong leadership capabilities, and the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

• Supervise daily operations on construction sites and ensure efficient workflow across all concrete-related activities.

• Lead and coordinate field teams, subcontractors, and labor crews to meet project schedules and productivity targets.

• Oversee installation and execution of formwork, carpentry, and structural concrete systems.

• Manage flatwork operations and ready-mix concrete placement, ensuring proper procedures and quality standards are maintained.

• Monitor the use and operation of heavy equipment utilized in concrete construction.

• Conduct regular quality inspections to ensure work meets project specifications, industry standards, and engineering requirements.

• Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and site protocols.

• Work closely with project managers, contractors, architects, and engineers to address technical issues and maintain project progress.

• Track project milestones, monitor site productivity, and identify potential risks or delays.

• Maintain organized site documentation, daily reports, and progress updates.

• Minimum 10 years of experience in construction supervision, with a strong focus on concrete projects.

• Extensive experience with cast-in-place concrete construction.

• Proven knowledge of formwork systems, carpentry techniques, flatwork, and ready-mix concrete processes.

• Experience managing or coordinating heavy equipment operations on construction sites.

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate field teams.

• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational abilities.

• Strong understanding of construction safety standards and compliance requirements.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining high-quality project standards.

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience.

• Prior experience overseeing large-scale commercial or high-rise concrete construction projects.
