Base Salary: $120,000–$150,000
A leading and top ranked global firm is seeking a Practice Manager to help lead the operations and strategic initiatives of its Real Estate practice. Real estate experience is NOT required.
This is an opportunity for someone with experience in practice management, legal operations, or law firm administration to work directly with practice leaders and senior attorneys. Legal Office Administrators with relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
You’ll serve as a key connection between practice leadership and firm departments, helping turn priorities into action across a global team.

What you’ll do:
- Support practice leadership and drive strategic initiatives and projects
- Coordinate with recruiting, business development, finance, and other firm departments
- Prepare and monitor budgets and support financial reporting and analysis
- Organize leadership meetings, presentations, and practice communications
- Support research on clients, lateral candidates, and competitors
- Help advance attorney development, client service, and practice growth initiatives
- What we’re looking for:
Bachelor’s degree
- 5 years of experience within a law firm or corporate legal department
- Experience supporting senior attorneys or practice leadership
- Background in budgeting, financial reporting, and analysis
- Strong Excel, PowerPoint, and presentation skills
- Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail
- A proactive, service-oriented professional who can move projects forward while building consensus
