Responsibilities
- Support attorneys with commercial real estate transactions from initial preparation through closing.
- Assist with preparing, reviewing, and organizing transaction documents.
- Coordinate due diligence materials, closing checklists, and transaction deadlines.
- Communicate with clients and other parties to help keep transactions moving.
- Maintain accurate, organized matter files and closing materials.
Qualifications
- Two or more years of real estate paralegal experience
- Familiarity with commercial real estate transactions and closing processes.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
- Collaborative attitude and commitment to being a strong team member.
- A degree is preferred but not required.
Salary : $70,000 - $90,000
