Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and finalize client invoices and billing proformas
- Partner with attorneys to ensure billing accuracy and timely processing
- Handle billing inquiries and resolve discrepancies
- Ensure compliance with client Outside Counsel Guidelines (OCGs)
- Manage electronic billing submissions and resolve rejections
- Collaborate with internal teams including AR, eBilling, and Cash Applications
What We’re Looking For
- 3 years of legal billing experience within a law firm environment
- Strong Excel skills
- Experience with eBilling platforms
- Preferred: Aderant, 3E or Elite Software
- Stable work history with strong tenure
