What You'll Do
- Maintain docketing and calendar systems for multiple attorneys and legal teams
- Calculate and calendar court deadlines and filing dates
- Review incoming court filings and identify applicable deadlines
- Generate and distribute weekly docket reports
- Prepare calendar updates for attorneys and legal staff
- Monitor critical deadlines and ensure appropriate follow-up
- Assist with preparing and coordinating court filings
- Maintain accurate filing records and docket information
What We're Looking For
- 3–5 years of legal docketing or heavy litigation calendaring experience
- Legal Assistant, Legal Secretary, or Paralegal backgrounds are welcome if docketing has been a significant part of your role
- Strong understanding of court rules, procedures, and deadline calculation
- Experience with legal docketing and calendaring systems
- CompuLaw experience strongly preferred
- CourtAlert and CourtLink experience is a plus
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage critical deadlines
