Location: Los Angeles, CA
Schedule: Hybrid (2 days/week in office)
Base Salary: $75,000 – $95,000

What you’ll be doing:
• Process high-volume, complex legal bills (split billing, discounts, special arrangements)
• Review and edit prebills in accordance with client guidelines
• Submit invoices through e-billing platforms and resolve rejections/reductions
• Partner with attorneys and internal teams to ensure accurate and timely billing
• Assist with reporting, billing schedules, and special projects
What they’re looking for:
• 2 years of legal billing experience (flexible for strong junior candidates)
• Experience with e-billing platforms
• Experience with Aderant preferred (Elite or 3E also considered)
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines
