Job Summary
Seeking an entry-level Administrative Assistant to support daily operations by coordinating customer service requests, maintaining records, communicating with internal teams, and providing general administrative support. The ideal candidate will have strong communication, writing, organizational, and computer skills and be comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
Must-Have Skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage assigned projects

Preferred Skills
- 0–2 years of administrative or office support experience
- Construction industry experience
- Recent college graduate with internship or administrative experience
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the department
- Coordinate and track customer service requests and orders
- Communicate with internal teams to ensure timely processing of requests
- Schedule meetings and maintain records and documentation
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and other business communications
- Manage filing, data entry, and general office administration tasks
- Support special projects as assigned
Education
- High School Diploma required
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred

- Monday–Friday
- 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- 100% Onsite
Salary : $15 - $20
