Position Summary
Rastelli Foods Group is seeking a Bilingual HR Specialist to support high‑volume recruiting for our manufacturing operations. This hands‑on role is heavily focused on full‑cycle recruitment and onboarding, while also supporting employee relations, training, and HR administration. Fluency in Spanish and English is required to support a diverse workforce.
Key Responsibilities
Recruiting & Talent Acquisition (Primary Focus)
- Lead full‑cycle recruiting for hourly and salaried manufacturing roles
- Post jobs, screen candidates, conduct bilingual interviews, and coordinate hiring
- Partner with staffing agencies and operations leaders to meet hiring needs
- Coordinate background checks, drug screens, and new‑hire documentation
- Participate in job fairs, hiring events, and ongoing recruiting initiatives
Onboarding & Employee Support
- Facilitate new‑hire onboarding and orientation in English and Spanish
- Serve as a point of contact for employee questions and concerns
- Support basic training, HR documentation, benefits administration, and compliance
Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of HR Recruiting experience
- Bilingual Spanish/English (spoken and written)
- Manufacturing or industrial experience preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and confidentiality skills
- Union experience a plus

Working Conditions:
Full time position. Monday – Friday
On site with occasional extended hours for HR-Related events or projects.
Rate - $26 - $31 per hour
