Job Summary:
As a COP Specialist, you will be the front-facing contact for our clients, ensuring a positive experience and fostering strong relationship. Your expertise in our products, particularly in meat knowledge, will be crucial in addressing client inquiries and providing tailored solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with clients directly to understand their needs and provide expert advice on our meat products.
Maintain a strong knowledge base of our offerings to effectively communicate benefits and features.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through consistent follow-ups and support.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and address any issues promptly.
Actively seek feedback to improve our services and product offerings.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a customer-facing role in the food industry
Strong knowledge of meat products, including cuts, preparation and cooking techniques
Excellent communication and personal skills.
Self-motivated and proactive with a strong work ethic.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Must reside in the South New Jersey Area

Working Conditions:
Full time position. Monday – Friday customer facing
Some travel required
Salary Range: $65,000.00- $80,000.00 annually
