Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a PRN (Per Diem) role at Waldorf Center. This position offers flexible scheduling and is ideal for professionals looking to supplement their income while providing high-quality patient care.
Requirements:
- Active LPN license
- Minimum 1 year of clinical experience preferred (LTC/SNF experience is a plus)
- Current BLS(AHA) certification
- Strong communication and clinical skills
- Ability to work flexible PRN schedules, including evenings
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct patient care in accordance with care plans and facility guidelines
- Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the healthcare team
- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
- Maintain proper documentation in accordance with facility policies
- Ensure patient safety, comfort, and dignity at all times
- Follow infection control and safety protocols

Pay: $32.00 - $35.00 per hour
