Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) for a 9-week contract assignment at Rochester Manor. The candidate will assist in delivering high-quality patient care and support daily operations within the facility.
Requirements
- Active LNA Certification/License (State-specific)
- BLS(AHA)
- Previous experience in long-term care or healthcare setting preferred
- Strong communication and patient care skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends
Key Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding
- Monitor patient conditions and report changes to nursing staff
- Support mobility, transfers, and repositioning of residents
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
- Respond promptly to patient needs and call lights
Job Type: Contract
