• 5  years ServiceNow development & support   MANDATORY

• 3  years IT leadership   team lead | project manager | service delivery

• ServiceNow ITFM (IT Financial Management)   MANDATORY

• ApptioOne integration with ServiceNow   MANDATORY

• Databricks integration

• ServiceNow ITFM capabilities design & build

• ITIL process knowledge

• Data integrations, ETL pipelines & workflows in ServiceNow

• Cloud Financial System Optimization

• IT Service Level Management (ITSLM)

• Client-facing presentations & technical discussions

• Agile/Scrum   story prep & sprint execution

• Microsoft Office   proficient

GOOD TO HAVE:

• CSDM (Common Service Data Model)

• ITOM (IT Operations Management)

• ITEA (IT Enterprise Architecture)

• ServiceNow Professional Engineer accreditation

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or related
